1. PNP MIA Board was created to evaluate and determine the cases of PNP uniformed personnel missing in action for further recommendation to the CPNP for the entitlement of (maximum 1 year payment of salary and allowances due for his/her beneficiaries);

 

2. To allow PNP personnel who was declared Missing In Action (MIA) to retire compulsorily for the legal heir to enjoy their retirement benefits.
