DOPPO WELCOMES NEW PROVINCIAL DIRECTOR

In a Turn-Over of Office Ceremony, PCOL JOSELITO L LORIZA relinquished his post as Provincial Director to PCOL EFREN E ORLINA at Salva Hall, DOPPO Compound, Brgy. Dahican, City of Mati.
The ceremony was presided by the Regional Director of PRO XI, PBGEN FILMORE B ESCOBAL and graced by Governor Nelson L Dayanghirang as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.
The outgoing Provincial Director, PCOL LORIZA expressed his gratitude to the men and women of Davao Oriental Police Provincial Office and to those he has worked with, for the experiences and the good times during his stay. He also presented the accomplishments under his leadership.
The newly installed Provincial Director, PCOL ORLINA was the Regional Chief of Logistics and Supply, PRO XI. During his acceptance speech, he said: “This new challenge is not mine alone, it is a challenge to all of us who should give their share to the betterment of this province. I promise to offer a kind of leadership that provides directions and motivations for the rest of the PNP personnel.”
PBGEN ESCOBAL in his message said: “I have full trust in his capability. I am confident that PCOL ORLINA, with his expertise in Logistics and Police Operational Management, can adequately lead the officers and men of this Provincial Office.”
Governor Dayanghirang expressed his support and warmly welcomed the new Provincial Director. “Ang akin lang pakiusap na dapat maging maganda ang katahimikan ng Probinsya ng Davao Oriental. Dahil naniniwala ako na kung ang isang lugar ay magulo, kailanman ay hindi aasenso.”
The said Turn-Over Ceremony was also witnessed and attended by PBGEN HONORIO AGNILA, XO of DIPO, PCOL ROBERTO ALANAS- Provincial Director, Davao de Oro, Honorable Justina Yu, Mayor of San Isidro- Davao Oriental, Atty. Oliver Saniel, City Prosecutor, Mr. Orly Cabaobao, DILG Provincial Director, Officers’ Ladies, R4 Staff, Pastor Rey Gitacay, PNP Mascom, Chief of Police of the City and Municipal Police Stations of Davao Oriental, Media personalities and DOPPO personnel.
